Reader – Liz German
Liz says, ‘I am originally from Essex but moved to Cornwall many years ago when I married a Cornish man. I have a Diploma in Theology and spent three years as a Lay Pastor in the Methodist church before becoming a Worship Leader at St Just. I was licensed as a Reader in October 2018 and am also trained in pastoral ministry. I have two adult children and work as a trained nurse at Roseland Parc Nursing Home in Tregony. It is a joy and a privilege to serve everyone here in our Parish.’

Sophia Hetherington – Parish Administrator
Sophia works in our parish office on Tuesday and Friday mornings. As our administrator, Sophia is vitally important in running our parish diary, sorting out all the administration around our Life Events ministry. She is a font of knowledge and a really important member of our team.

Clive Johns – Groundsman & Verger (St Just in Roseland)
Clive has worked in the grounds and church of St Just in Roseland for over 17years. He knows every inch of the place and is of vital importance in keeping the place beautifully maintained and ready for all who come to it. Clive is often the first person that visitors to St Just meet and services the parish as verger at weddings, funerals, and interment of Ashes and loves that his job brings him to meet people from all over the world.

The PCC Members
Our church is governed and overseen by our Parochial Church Council. This committee is comprised of our clergy, churchwardens, treasurer, secretary and elected members. Our PCC members and officers are elected and nominated at our Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM). We wouldn’t be a parish church without the PCC members and are grateful for the time they give to oversee the church governance and finance. We meet on the second Monday of each month.
